Catalyst Recruitment is looking to hire two Business Development Managers for a leading law firm with an international presence. The firm is expanding its customer base in the North East and South West regions.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Manage multiple business pipelines
- Assist the Bids & Tenders team
- Collaborate with partners on strategy
- Target specific professionals
- Develop new client relationships
- Onboard and expand client base
- Coordinate with global colleagues
- Work with Marketing on brand communication
- Attend client meetings and events
Requirements include experience in Legal, Real Estate, Public Sector, or Private Wealth industries, professional services business development experience, senior-level influencing skills, and market expertise.
Offering a salary of £45-65k with bonuses, medical/dental coverage, gym membership, and a matched contribution pension.
